The annual Chairman’s, CEO’s and Rookie of the Year’s awards are bestowed upon Market Partners who have achieved great success and come to embody the MONAT culture and character that others seek to emulate.

These awards are presented at the annual Dream Bigger at MONATions.

Chairman’s
Award

The prestigious Chairman’s Award recognizes a Market Mentor or above who is nominated by the field. The winner exemplifies the MONAT ideals of gratitude, benevolence, community service, humility, philanthropy, and leadership.

The recipient of this annual award is someone who Market Partners admire, view as a role model, and who contributes to the betterment of their community.

Jullie
Fallon

Chairman’s Award:

Julie Fallon from the United States has been with MONAT for seven years and has a stellar career.



She started her own Market Partner company Julie Fallon, LLC, and excelled, achieving Market Mentor, Motor Club, and 100K Club.



She assisted at MONATions six times and was recognized with the 2024 Chairman’s Award

That’s when she received the ultimate MONAT honor: The Chairman’s Award, presented to the MP chosen by their peers as that year’s MONAT Hero.

A career-rank Senior Executive Director who resides with her husband in Miami Beach, Florida, Brittany is a proud member of the Million Dollar Club and the MONAT Motor Club.

CEO’s
Award

The MONAT Performer of the Year is an Associate Executive Director or above who has been with MONAT for a year or more. This individual demonstrates unwavering commitment to growing their MONAT business, overcoming obstacles, and serves as a successful example to others.

The winner is selected based on a point system and points are earned by placing first, second, or third in any of the categories recognized at the annual Dream Bigger Spectacular.

Sarah
Juhasz

CEO’s Award:

Sarah Juhasz joined MONAT France in May of 2023.



In three months, she achieved Market Mentor, and then Director in only ten months with the company.



Assisted at MONATions 2024, Sarah earned her spot in the 100K Club in just over a year and has been recognized as a 2024 CEO Award winner

Achieving membership in both the MONAT Motor Club and the 100K Club and advancing to Associate Executive Director in July 2022.

Jade’s been to four MONATions, the latest of which saw her bring home the distinguished 2023 CEO’s Award.

Rookie of the Year’s
Award

The Rookie of the Year’s award is presented to a Market Mentor or above who has been with MONAT for under a year. The winner is recognized for leading by example, demonstrating a winning “MONATitude” and supporting others.

This Market Partner embodies what every MONAT Market Partner should strive to become. The recipient is selected based on a point system and points are earned by placing first, second, or third in any of the categories recognized at the annual Dream Bigger Spectacular.

Caroline
Tahana

Rookie of the Year:

Caroline Tahana, Director of Aftermath Trustee Tahana Family, joined MONAT just 15 months ago in Australia.



She has achieved so much in her short time with MONAT, including earning her place in the 100K Club and Motor Club.



Caroline assisted at MONATions 2024 and was named 2024 Rookie of the Year.

A most impressive achievement for this busy mom!

Malaahi’s dedication and passion for MONAT inspired her to travel to the USA for MONATions United 2023, where she was honored with the prestigious President’s Award.
