this energy drink has helped me a lot especially to cut down on my caffeine with coffee. I definitely recommend.
I actually quit drinking coffee because of MONAT energy. The wellness line is one of my favorite parts of Monat. It really does give you energy but its not the best tasting drink around though so I mix it with the collagen.
Love these energy packets! They provide just the right boost of energy in my day, and there's no peak or crash. They taste great too!
Overall, I like the supplement. I feel good about the energy and caffeine levels. But, the taste definitely takes a little getting used to. And, it is very difficult to get it all to dissolve.
This stuff has ultimately replaced coffee for me. I used to drink 4-5 cups of coffee a day and now with MONAT Energy i drink two packets at the start of my day and i am good to go all day. I don't get any jitters or mid-day crashes like I do from coffee and it tastes amazing! You have to try this
