A Market Partner may legitimately change organizations by voluntarily cancelling his or her MONAT business and remaining inactive (i.e., no purchases of MONAT products for resale, no sales of MONAT products, no sponsoring, no attendance at any MONAT functions, and no participation in any other form of Market Partner activity, or operation of any other MONAT business) for six (6) full calendar months. Following the six month period of inactivity, the former Market Partner may reapply under a new Sponsor, however, the former Market Partner’s Marketing Organization will remain in the original line of sponsorship.
